If you thought virtual reality was just for computer games, think again. In this video, Formula Drift driver Matt Powers straps on an Oculus Rift VR headset and takes to the track, seeing a virtual world of waves crash around him and objects spring up in his path. He’s completely blind to the real world, and can only see what the programmers have planned for him.
