Active and Active X models but no Elite in the range anymore.  Prices are not exactly cheap anymore for higher models and as expected ride is still considered to be firm (which I agree with)

The should rename the models fleet, poverty and the lot. It's possibly a ploy to sell more of the premium since the active x does not seem to be as much of a deal as the Elite was. But you sure do get a lot of stuff in the premium.

You're only paying an extra $1100 over the Active and for that you get:

•Electric folding exterior mirrors with side repeaters
•Alloy-look interior doorhandles
•Illuminated sun visors, ambient lighting for the front centre console storage area and driver’s seat back pocket

Some of the Elite bling is now only available in the Premium. 

Hence the observation of fleet, poverty (tongue in cheek really) and the lot. It just makes sense to buy the one with the lot which I think is their point.

I think Series 2 is a backward step for the range, as the Elite was good value vs goodies provided.  I also would have thought that the ride issue could have been sorted with better local tuning.  Series 1 is bit crashy and never really settles down unless driven on smooth surfaces which is a pity because the firm ride does not necessarily provide better handling IMHO. Series II seems more the same ride and maybe even worse than series I.

Never had a problem with the ride.

As for goodies, I would probably look at the active X for the wheels but that's about it.  There are plenty of maps on Google, and if I really can't work out where I am going I borrow the wife's GPS. Waste of money for mine, and more to go wrong, so I really can't see the value.

There’s no Elite version anymore, with the sportier looking SR taking its place with a new lower price and less standard equipment (due to the addition of the SR Premium). The SR Premium is the flagship petrol version and the Premium is the top-dog in the diesel ranks.

The website was only showing 3 models yesterday so hard to know whats actually in the SR at present. I know Hy have said this and that about the SR but still, I'll believe it when I see it on their website.
