7 Years would be massive, especially for resale. Even if they do limit it to 150,000k it would still offer good value for the average motorist.

Don't forget that there is a reason behind the extended warranty......

Now they don't extended warranty without all the t&c's which will be to their advantage as towards the latter end of the 7 years they will use wear and tear as the reason for the breakdown or failure to follow service requirements etc.
