FUN FACT FOR THE DAY - He was fully booked all day and could only offer me the 9am slot as ALL his other slots were booked, YET i received a call at 8:09AM from the secretary of the dealership saying my appointment has been moved to 11am was that ok. At this point i just want my car so i agreed to be there for 11.

That takes the biscuit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How is it OK for them to change at 51 minutes notice and what was the REAL reason for the change??

When me and MY BOSS got there to pick the car up the salesman was OUT ON A TEST DRIVE WITH SOMEONE ELSE !  we sat around for 20 minutes drinking their cheap coffee till the salesman returned, will not be going back EVER.

I don't mind changing appointments when they are up front with you etc etc but this looks as if they don't actually care about the customer once they have the signed order....
