Guday from Melbourne. Have been using the site for some problem solving and reckon I needed to join. New owner of a silver 2011 i30 SX, Auto, petrol 2 Ltr which replaced a 18 year old Excel. My wife's car. I drive a 19 year old Toyota Camry widebody which surprisingly is not as wide as the i30. The Toyota has the most grunt still and is almost the same colour and my golf clubs fit in better, but I like driving the i30.
Only criticisms I have is the owners manual doesn't match the car and the windscreen allows too much sun into the front seat. I will probably have to whack some deep tinting on the top half.
Oh, one other crit. - I have twice tried to get into someone else's car, there's so many about the same colour. Couldn't figure out why my remote wasn't working. LOL.

Mal

Thank you all for the welcome. I have a sad tale about Xmas - the new i30 has been attacked by nasty hail. Lots of little indentations on the roof and bonnet. Copped it on Xmas day while chomping on Xmas dinner. Bugger.

Welcome aboard, I like people with a sense of humour, you'll need it.

Nice of you to mention that you've made the decision to join after already getting some tips from the forum, the value of this forum is determined by it's collective membership. You just strengthened it.

Welcome Mal!  :goodjob2:

As you've probably noticed, we don't discriminate, we're more than happy to let Toyota Camry drivers be a part of our forum....isn't that right, Daz?  :p  :winker:
