Buy a house before May 1 and get a new car for free: an estate agency is hoping to attract buyers to Denmark's slumping housing market with the unusually generous offer.

The small, urban car is valued at around 100,000 kroner (13,500 euros, 18,000 dollars), which is given away for free to those who buy a house in the estate where prices start at 2.5 million kroner (336,000 euros, 447,000 dollars)

Found an article about this real estate agent. In this case it is a Chevrolet Spark, but I also found another agent in another part of the country who offered a Peugeot 107 if you would buy a new build apartment in a brand new area.

Apparently a new trend in DK..

i30 at a 100.000 DKK, no way. Cheapest new i30 is 185.000 DKK ( 20.682,40 GBP ) 

My own i30 CRDi 116 PS Comfort did cost 240.000 DKK ( 26.831,22 GBP ) when new 4 years ago.

Example:

New i30 1,6 CRDi 110 PS  ISG ECO Style

Price on the street: 250.000,- DKK

Out of 250.000 approx 140.000 is tax and VAT..

Back on topic  (sorry) European "luxury" cars are so much more expensive in Australia than they should be .. (due to tax rates) 

Obviously the house prices in this offer would be less negotiable with a car thrown in (only appealing if you needed a car in that category I suppose)

I've been there  , spent 6 days in Denmark, stayed at Zleep hotel near Taarnby station.

Well, the idea with free car seems nice, I would buy one house if I had money (probably, if I sell my current three rooms flat, I will be able to buy a house in Denmark)
