A barber from Cornwall who used a loud hailer to warn drivers against traffic wardens has been silenced by a warning from Cornwall Council.

Crazy. You could argue he was just reminding motorists that the local traffic restrictions are being rigidly enforced. A public service in my eye. Crazy.
