Concerns are focused on two areas:

How electric vehicles (EVs), and particularly their batteries, are manufactured
How the electricity which powers them is generated.

Strange how electricity generation in the UK has increased and in Oz, it's decreased, for the 1st time since WW2.

For electric vehicles, the logic is that it's better to get the energy from "efficient" energy sources than starting cold petrol engines which are inherently inefficient when cold.

Don't know how green the manufacturing process is.
