all depends on what your calling black,at each service 7,500 K's whether I do it or the dealer(I get the dealer to do the compulsory services to keep warranty)I check the oil colour before changing and after,before changing even though still having a good voscosity,it is black and non transparent,after changing,and having started the car,checking there are not oil leaks it is then a cleaner brown looking colour and very transparent,even after a few days it is still a brownish colour and transparent,certainly not black,but hey this is wht I have observed,I would be suspicious if I had it serviced and checked the oil a short time later and it was black and non transprent
