 Texting while driving is illegal and very dangerous wherever you are, but in San Francisco flouting the text-and-drive laws could soon see your mugshot plastered across a billboard.

‘Texting While in Traffic’ or TWIT Spotting is a website that published photographs of people as they use their phones behind the wheel.

HOWEVER maybe this would encourage other drivers to take a pic which could be just as distracting as texting
