My eyes are going on me (that and the fact that I have only ever seen one of these before) - is that an EL replica?

Try you-tubing 300kph cbr1100xx and watch a quick blast on the autobahn.

My last bike (1982) was a Honda CX500 twin but I never remember ever red-lining it in all 6 gears

Jeebers  they don't half go fast these days

I had a Yamaha 360 for a short period about 30 years ago...but I was only learning so probably never got over 100KPH or so (now that's embarrassing  :-[)

Getting back on track, the 675 is a nice looking bike.  Mind if I ask "how much"???

*droooooooool*

I want, I WANT!!! hehehe.

My first bike was a Honda 90 ex-postie that I used to ride to work until I could afford a car. I then upgraded to a CB400N which was a heavy ride that I didn't really like. When my daughter was born 5 years ago I bought a ZZR250 to get to and from work. I still have it though it's not getting ridden much but and it's a great little bike. I'd love to upgrade to something newer and bigger.

My ZZR250

I payed about 17k AUS for it. Its pricey, but being limited in number the dealer was not willing to part with it for any less. They only had 1 to sell.

At least you didnt try and buy the Ducati Desmosedici. 1500 made worldwide, and you need approval from the factory to purchase one of these.  And then there is the pricetag - $104,000 +orc.

I have seen a couple of them at track days at Phillip Island, and both of them were broken down with, you guessed it, electrical problems........
