It's pretty easy L30N - just a few scrivets and screws and it comes off. eye is right, it's easier with a helper, but it can be done solo. Just make sure you put down a nice soft sheet or blanket underneath the car so that you don't scratch the bar when you get it off.
And if you haven't had a plastic bumper off a car before, try not to bend it too severely. If you flex it TOO far the paint will crack. Don't panic about that, it won't happen unless you bend it way too far, and the flex you will get by holding it in one place won't cause that problem, but don't lean on it or fall over on it or anything like that.
