Hi,

Just today I have noticed that when I am breaking, either while turning a corner or in straight line, it seems like there is an alarm or chimes sounding.

Has anyone else had this issue or know what it might be?

Wow, that is weird, never had that in any car (including our 3 x i30's)!

Do the brakes seem to be working normally? What mileage have these brake pads done?

Yep, car brakes fine, doesn't seem to be effecting anything mechanical. Car was brand new as of December and only has 3000km on the clock.

Could you have a blown tail lamp

The only time I have heard a chime when using a brake while turning, involved the use of the handbrake

I get chimes if moving and hand brake not full off.
So wonder if cable not loose enough and when turning it become taught and chime sound
