Hello,
I just thought I'd join and say hello! I bought my Touring (i30 in Europe) and am really enjoying it I just thought I'd join here as where I am there are very few like mine (one other I have seen) and as it was just introduced this year it I thought that keeping in touch with you all will be my best avenue of information!

Hey thanks for that! I know what you mean about the rain... it has been here for most of the month... at least it has been mostly warm! I to date have only seen one other one (the same one spotted twice) oddly enough he lives around the corner. He stopped me in the street a while back and told me he bought his after seeing mine. I tried to get a referral fee from the dealer but oddly they didn't go for it!

Welcome Kitedemon..Nice to have another Canadian Member.. I just did a search under Canada and we appear to have at least one other Canadian  

If you go to the google map link on here and zoon in there may be more.... Canada also gets a few other mentions so you may want to put Canada in the search function up the top and check them out...

Our members are a very friendly bunch and we just love new members..

I assume yours is a petrol are you enjoying it ...?

yes Dazz it is a petrol I asked about a diesel but the dealer here didn't know that the i30 is the Tourings sister and was avaliable in diesel and quote, "why would you want a pokey diesel anyway"  typical actually, I really wanted a diesel but they only option was a jetta wagon and it was out of my budget! I actually have been getting fairly good milage however! Better than I expected!

Welcome. May I ask what part of Canada do you reside? I've got a friend who did a backbacker holiday down the west side of Canada for a few weeks and said it was fantastic.
