Possible rust issues across all models

G'day fellow members. I've found inside the front quarter panels behind the black wheel arch covers an area which accumulates I'm guessing all the leaves and dirt which get caught below your windscreen. While I believe that hyundai do a great job with rust protection and I found no evidence of corrosion this may not be the case for others.
If you ever have your front wheels off I recommend removing the plastic guard in the wheel arch and flushing out the cavity. The cavity is located in front of the front doors at the bottom of the arch... fairly simple and only need a Phillips head screw driver.

Yeah dirt and leaves and all manner of crap accumulates there. Pretty much all cars are the same.
Good news is ive never seen any sort of corrosion here.

Yeah that was probably me. I just did the other side as I was looking at my brakes and thought I'd repost. Just a note, neither side had any moisture... not to say that it doesn't get wet in there.
