Interestingly the CC (auto-generated) detects the first video to be in French and the second in Russian - needless to say when you then add 'Translate' to English (i.e. auto-detected language to English)... the captions have nothing to do with what is being shown (or presumably said).   Maybe someone knows how to set the language for auto-CC for YouTube videos - I don't though.
