No low beam lights.
High Beam lights Ok
No working fog lights (Outside Ball Fog Lights) not working
Park Lights faulty one on other off.
Open shut bonnet makes the other park light front come and stay on until turn off light stalk switch.
Car is HYUNDAI i30 CW Wagon 2011 Registered Petrol 2 litre Motor Manual.
All fuses Ok swapped same numbered Relay boxes no change in the faults.
Anybody know if it's a Computer problem with the timer controls for the lighting system.?

Are the tail lights working normally?
Front parker sounds like its either a blown globe refusing the filiment at times and unrelated to low beam concern.
Fog lights will be fine, they only come on with low beam on so wouldn't worry about that just yet.
You've already done the first checks, if the fuses are relays are good i would suspect the switch itself.

 :welcome: Eric.

I'd be tempted to think you have some serious earthing problems going on before blaming the smarts in the car. Check for any less than perfect earthing on the negative side of your lights. Some cars had headlamps blowing due to earthing strap problems and got them replaced and/or refitted. Some much smarter members will be along shortly to offer their "ns"

No it's outside the 5 year factory warranty.
Going to try disconnecting the battery for 30 Minutes.
To try to reset the ECU Computer.
All fuses and Relays intact.
No voltage being delivered to the Low Beam and Fog Lights
Faulty Park Lights.
Left park light on Right park light off.
Lift the bonnet and shut it the right hand park light comes on.
Both Park front Lights stay on then.
Turn off light stalk switch.
And the Front park Lights resume previous fault.
Still no Low Beam Lights or Fog Lights.

which fuses were checked? 10 amp inside the dash, and looks like two more 10 amps in the engine bay box.

Hi Eric,
most of this stuff you have probably done but:

check all fuses related to the lights with a test light and good earth. Across both sides of the fuse.
Swap relays (done)
If you've lost power to both lights then it is a supply issue, where the feed comes from to supply both lights. (unless both globes are blown (unlikely))
If you can, test the power  supply to the low beam relay and earths for continuity, if positive supply is absent, check supply and output from the light stalk.
Wiggle the looms along the way to see if the lights come on.
Not sure what else is in the lighting system without viewing a schematic.

Does your car have the auto light option? The light sensor may be an issue.

With the park light issue, sounds like a filament or earth problem(as previously suggested)

Try swapping the globes over. See if the problem moves to the other side.
Wriggle the connectors and wiring loom to the park light, to see if you can replicate the issue. Keep an eye on the park light as you do it, or have someone assist.

Hopefully you find something. :goodjob:

So by default does that mean it is actually working when it shouldn't be

So..... by definition, the lighting is operating outside of operating parameters, but is not correctly being faulty, then it's working fine. So no problem! :faint:

Nope. The lighting has been labelled faulty and also identified as operation incorrectly. Standard English would look more like "Lighting is faulty" or "Lighting operating incorrectly". We're just having fun at the combination of both expressions creating a double-negative.

... but you knew that, too.
