Ouch! Would it be bad to assume the Ferrari was at fault? You had me worried you'd had another bingle for a minute!  :sweating:

I recognised the scene. My stomping ground. Logan Road is 60 kph limit. No doubt two doctors in the Ferrari were proceeding urgently between PA Hospital and Greenslopes Hospital intending to increase daily number of consultation fees. Idiot SUV driver (woman ) became their new patient.

There is an interesting corner somewhere near there isn't there?

Wouldn't be that the red car was driving well beyond the 60km/h and lost control.

Interesting that Forenic Crash showed interest.....Usually they don't become involved unless someone is dead or seriously injured. Suggests someone was doing something very silly to warrant their interest (and perhaps estimation of speed based).

actually its a fairly straight stretch of road, but always full of traffic. My guess is they sprinted along at 100k+ and woman didn't click to the fact that they were speeding, and drove out of her side street.

Chances she had little chance to see them  , likely well above 100 and past 150 , and with the racing driver unable to arrest the car either, rolling several times and the damage to both I think Enzo may be in a bit of trouble.

It's about 150m from the blind corner and that side street

I've been in a near fatal where the oncoming vehicle was unsighted over a crest maybe 100m away. the vehicle was travelling likely over 200 in a 70, we never made it across halfway the intersection. . it was clear when the Mrs took off and likely less than 2-3 secs later it was impact. I was passenger front. they talk about things happening in slow motion in those situations, I think I managed to just call her name out, she never knew what hit and in total shock and almost non responsive to my commands :sweating: :faint:

He'll be in a lot of trouble if they wrap a dangerous operation brief around him.

You get done for that, bye bye insurance....

Nil, but found out rear passengers ended up with broken ribs. they never told us until years later. One of those where half a metre to the right and we would have been all toast.

impact was centre on rear wheel hub of a N12 Pulsar. Not exact a work of engineering brillance but fortunately structural.

Full 360 in the air :scared: :scared:

Too true.
Given the apparent evidence, I cant see how he can avoid being charged.

He'll be ok. I'm sure he has a clear account of everything  :winker:

THE driver of a $468k Ferrari has miraculously escaped with just cuts and bruising after the car, which is connected to a Brisbane accounting firm, rolled three times and collided with a 4WD in a horrific crash in the city’s south.

Interesting choice of words "rolled three times and collided " courier mail suggests it was rolling prior.

"Police said the Ferrari was travelling southbound on Logan Road when it collided with a station wagon on Bardsley Avenue at Greenslopes before it rolled and came to rest in the middle of the road."

"I was passenger front. they talk about things happening in slow motion in those situations,"(Gerard)

 :goodjob:

That is something you never forget .
I was in the front seat in a late Cortina that drove into a black soil paddock at 100mph. Nose dug in and we went end over end 3 or 4 times, then rolled a few more; each time we flipped upside down, I was calmly thinking, 'do I die this time, why didn't I die last bounce.?'

Also on my mind were the two semi automatic rifles that the Russian driver used to leave cocked and fully loaded on the back seat.
