i30 VIN Decoder Mark 2

I'm looking for brake cables for my car. VIN: TMADB51SLBJXXXXXX

Quick search through well known online motor factor with my reg brings up both brake cables, but fitting description says for VIN starting KMH. I can see that KMH corresponds to cars made in Korea, whereas mine (TMA) was made in Czech Republic.

A further search suggests that there are 2 (or possibly 3) versions of brake cable available. I've seen that there are differing lengths of cables (per side), but the longer cables don't say if they are specifically for TMA chassis.

I called local dealership who gave me OE part numbers for my car. However, this just confused things further, as the part cross reference shows these match with KMH chassis.

N/S 597602R300 & O/S 597702R300

Can anyone confirm if the TMA and KMH brake cables are the same? If yes, can you provide source data please?

I've been here before with brake parts on another car, where the only solution in the end (after going through every source possible) ended up with me physically checking old pads against new before I could be sure.

Trying to avoid multiple trips back and forth to motor factors. Any help much appreciated.

597602R300 shows up as i30/i30CW 09 (CZECH PLANT-EUR) (2009-)   

If  you gave the dealer the VIN and they gave you those numbers, it should be correct.

Don't forget the wagon which is longer, there's one unique part right there.

I only see 2 versions, one for sedan, one for wagon
