Can anyone please answer a simple question re the 30,000km service? How long does it take? 1 hour? 3 hours?

Shouldn't take more than an hour I would have thought. Depends how long it takes to get your car into the garage to actually do the job and anything else that needs doing.
They do have a 'while you wait' service option, though I don't know if this increases the price of the service.
If you intend to wait at the dealers, I would point that out at booking and also when checking the car in. It probably makes little difference to them in what order they do the cars, so they might push it through.
A woman drove me to drink and I didn't even have the decency to thank her..

Usually first in first serve is is how they work, get in first thing in the morning and should only take 45 to 60 minutes...no extra charge for the while you wait option
