Few things are more horrifying than seeing the obese pusher of a wonky-wheel shopping trolly stacked high with dunkin-donuts,crispy-creams and other life necessities heading towards your new i30.Knowing there vehicle door must be opened fully before allowing them to collapse behind the wheel,Ive  found the after-market full lenth skick-on rubber door protection strips useful in such nightmare situations. They used to be standard on most cars once, but unfortunately Hyundai along with others have deemed them unecessary.

Hi Mitchell

The body protection mouldings available as an accessory look quite good and are not that dear I think..

There are some photos on here if you search and I have done some photshopping with different colours too...

P.S. Unfortunately, from my experience with other cars body protection mouldings don't stop all parking damage as the doors on big 4WD for example are often higher than them...
