I'm completely new here. Thankyou for accepting me.
Recently I changed my clutch in my i30 (i'm not a mechanic but I've done a few over the years)  When I had the gearbox out I noticed the input shaft oil seal was leaking. As I needed the car the next day the quickest way round this was to replace the gearbox aswell.
My query is....Is there any detailed information on stripping the gearbox to fit a new oil seal?
I would be very grateful of any advice.
Thankyou

Welcome, sorry you have had no responses yet. I deleted your repeat post as this one was in the more appropriate area. @nzenigma @tw2005 and anyone else got any ideas?

There is no step by step data that I know of. What I can tell you is that your leak appears to be the input shaft bearing which will have contain the oil seal.
If you have done some boxes before you will be ok, it looks fairly straight forward. Remove the rear case from the bell housing to expose all the shafts.
Input shaft will lift out when freed from selector forks.
Cheers
