As off this morning I experienced fast blinking sound and blinks in the dashboard. For right and for left.

Checked outside. The blinker turn on and off as fast as the dashboard shows. About twice as fast.

Turning on the all4 blinkers works fine (normal).

What to do?  What to check? Scanning for problems showed nothing.

Are all the indicator bulbs on the car working. Both sides?

As far as I know all lights are working outside of the car as well as inside on the instrument table, I didn’t pay special attention but I didn’t notice anything unusual. I will tomorrow...

I've had similar and turned out to be a blown bulb.

Check indicator bulbs are all working correctly.

Its a design feature to alert driver to blown bulb - if it uses less voltage than expected then the indicators will blink faster. This is why LED globes need a resistor added in most cases. This is a basic explanation - there will be more in depth discussion im sure - I'm not an electrician.

If its happening when indicating left or right, you've either got 2 bulbs out,  installed LEDs to both sides and not mentioned it, or the actual indicator relay is cactus.

No LED.. but it was rainy and windy the day before. I doubt there is a coincidence that both left and right bulb broke at the exact same time.

Also I was checking the fuses a bit.. didnt find anything named blinkers.. but pulled a few of them out and pulled back in for maybe a contact was bad.. today is the same

Its not a fuse, its an actual relay. I will check my manual tomorrow if I get a chance - it certainly won't be labelled as blinker.

Is 2011 Czech FD or GD? The 'feature' that alerts you with rapid blinking, also described as hyperflashing, is not really a feature but a side effect of insufficient current flow for an electromechanical flasher unit, found deep on the steering column on the FD. If you have no LEDs fitted, then the problem is still one of reduced current flow. This can be a blown bulb but also an open circuit in the wiring, or excessive resistance. We need better detail from you. Double check bulbs and wiring - and someone might confirm the flasher unit type and location in the GD.

Mine is the FD model. By checking the bulbs do you mean I need to replace them or just cisual check?
A year ago or so I tried led lights - only backlights. And I had a problem because the 3rd stoplight was always on (inspite not having preased the vreak pedal) although not with full brightness. Returning to normal bulbs solved the problem. Visually all lamps look all right, both outside and inside (indicator lights).

Hi guys. As I said before. When I turn all 4 pressing the triangle it all works fine. And also that fast blinking appears as on left as so on the right side.

So today I turned on the car, and I turned all4 just for tryout for 3-4 seconds and then I just tried the turn signal (left and then right) to see if the problem is still there. For a brief moment it worked all fine and I was happy thinking i it’s all good now. But a few seconds later it all went as it was before. Fast blinking.

So ok, when I parked the car near the kindergarten I just felt it would be ok to try and let the all 4 running while I manage my kids and come back.
So after 5-10 minutes, I started the car and everything was working fine. Went to a shop.. still fine. Another shop. Still fine. Got home, still fine. So I dont know what that means but I hope it will not bother me any more.

Have you got out of the car and actually looked at each indicator from in front and rear of the car to see that each bulb is working correctly?

...and the two, one each side of the car, e.g. indicators incorporated in door mirrors.
Please check all indicators visually as left then right indicators and for good measure as hazard indicators.

OFC I did. I have 3 indicators each side. Front, side and rear. All look fine.

Also I have a question. If it really was a bad bulb, would the both side (left and right) flash faster or just one side?

This morning, after much of snow fell through the night, again the same problem.
Solved again the same way - turning ON all four for some time.

I think you have a poor connection somewhere that is resolved by running some current for a while. It may be tedious but to really solve it, check all contacts and connections (globes, sockets, connectors, cables) are clean, dry, and firm. Yes, one poor connection somewhere will cause hyperflash if you have not upgraded your flasher unit to electronic. Doing the upgrade may be your quickest solution if you are sure all bulbs are working.
