Hi i am a new member so please bear with me. I just bought i30 1.4 gdi it seems ok but when I stop for a break etc i switch off and i get annoying chimes as the windows are open because its warm. is there a fix other than shutting the windows please cheers bigalan

Best if you give car model details as I don't have that on my car which is a 2012 GD 1.4.

Have you checked whether it is detailed in the handbook?

I'm going to hazard a guess that it's a 1.4 petrol, and black, with a recent MOT and change of owner

@bigalan, have you checked the options in the setup menu to see if it can be disabled?  I'd be surprised if it can be turned off by you, but you never know with these things.
