So i am psyching myself up to do the power steering bush on the wife's car, thanks to all you gurus who have done them before and left handy instructions! Now looking to buy the part but on a few sites they get a bit confusing over which part number it is. Are all the Hyundai rubber star bushes the same for other models as well, or was this one just for the i30 FD?

I bought a bag of ten for not much on eBay, and it identified them as suiting the FD. I didn't look any more closely. I believe they're all the same but don't quote me. I'm looking forward to your progress. I've planned to do mine during my next month of leave.

Just called the local dealership and its only $10 from them so might go that road as it will be less risk/hassle, hopefully its top OEM quality and i wont have to replace it again.... :D

Not sure why you would need 10 of them lol

You can never have too many steering bush couplers :P

(Or, maybe he's stockpiling them for his next venture :D)

AU$6 for ten (minimum qty on the eBay site I found) still beats your NZ$10  :P

Yes, and I'm very keen to learn how to minimise all the fuss by working around having to remove too much to get at it.
