[Ste Phillips 1979]

Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone one has had this issue before. 1st of all the car all of a sudden had become very flat (lack of power) when driving. Also I notice the breaks didn't seem right. No lights on dash showing. As if the vehicle had gone into limp home mode. What i have noticed is when the vehicle is been revved the top hose seem to suck in. The Air filter has been replaced and I couldnt spot any air leaks. I have looked at the throttle body and it has been cleaned but looks like its in the wrong position. The butterfly is in the open position when vehicle is off. This didn't seem right to me. Has anyone had this issue before?
