hi,

we're looking at buying a white SLX i30, auto through a regional Victorian Hyundai dealer. The price originally quoted was $26490 on the road and today we got them down to $25,000. We prefer the chrome look wheels to the titanium look so they will swap the wheels for us with some from a car in stock (we get the new tyres though).

Is this a good deal or could we do better?

Sounds like an o/k price (obviously the petrol version - or a VERY good price for a diesel) someone who has bought one more recently will have a better idea...

Yep it's petrol! Got them down to $27100 on a diesel, in black with 1300km's on it but our budget is $25000.

  Hi Karen,

I live in WA 95k's south of Perth and have just purchased a new 2010 MY2011 i30 cw auto trophy, Which is just a tad above the i30 cw SX but is still fair bit short of the extra goodies in the SLX.

I've checked most of the dealer listings here and the best I can find is a silver hatch 157 klm: 2010 MY2010 SLX auto 2 ltr petrol at $25,888.00 drive away.

So if you're happy with that one and they'll change the wheels for you and it's 'drive away' ! well it sounds quite a good deal to us here in the state far far away from everybody else.

Maybe a bit late replying , but we just got our 2011 minor upgrade White SLX CRDI Auto for $26,870.00 on road with slimline plates.. Best price at any other dealer was $27,860.00

Sorry if this is too late, but might be of some help. I bought our new(had to order it) MY2011 SLX CRDI manual, vivid blue, 5 SR 17" alloys with Toyo Teo plus tyres, styled mats, ipod cable , headlight guards and darkest tint for $26,900 drive away. I'm in western regional Victoria, Aust.
