That neighbor car is white too, so I may conclude this color is very popular in Germany  :D
OFF: I remember being astonished to see so many Smarts in Hamburg....

Looking good dude, the wheels arent doing it for me though, maybe too thick a tyre all, or maybe a set that is a bit brighter? takes away from the car :(

:) health to drive

The wheels are part of the anniversary model (w/ 225/45ZR17 Hankook Ventus V12 EVO tyres). And yes, it's a 6-speed CRDi Diesel. Now I have installed tyres for the winter-season (195/65R15 Firestone Winterhawk EVO2). Very good combinations!

Maybe the 195 will look a bit nicer :)
Hyundai just hasn't nailed it on the head yet in regards to good wheel choices.

Maybe a lowering kit? and a light window tint, handy for the summer months

I already thought about a lowering kit (20 or 30mm) and tinted windows.  :goodjob: I also want to paint the brake calipers (red)...

Tinted winders came as part of the deal on my Edition....   ????  Must be, like other elements, different in different countries

Have seen red caliper covers that look pretty convincing on Ebay from time to time  :goodjob:

oo thats a bit harsh lol

go 35mm , normally 35mm front, 30mm back :) looks great, and fills the arches well :)

Red calipers would look well, how about a different colour, yellow, or bright green? pretty mad :)

Hehe,
my wife also used to say that she loved the black one because this car was our first NEW one we purchased... But the new one "is also great". ;)  :) Even our two kids still want back the black pre-facelift.
It's a matter of taste: The black one was great but I like the new one a bit - or maybe more... -  better!

About the calipers: A green colour would look great but red would look very sporty too and will build a great contrast. Yellow would probably be a little bit too light. Red, Green or maybe a beautiful blue-tone not too dark, not too light would look good.

Question: Why 35mm in the front instead of 30mm?

tends to be different front to back, think it allows for passengers in the rear and cargo? obviously the shorter spring, would mean car could be too low with a full load?
I took the rubber stops out of the bottom to allow it to sit that extra 5mm tho. *cheeky* lol
no issues with it, they dont rattle, and are perfectly safe.

How about the vivid blue colour for calipers?
