Hi all, just like to say i've been amazed at the size of some of the trailers i've seen i30's towing. the first time i posted on this subject was back in about 09 when auto trans & diesel motor first got married :). i was just coming down bells line of road ( very steep incline ) to north Richmond at foot of the Blue Mountains ( Great dividing range) and there was this huge trailer, with high wire meash sides, loaded above the sides, with what looked like an entire small houses content. & in front was a little i30. I posted here & the owner saw the post said they were moving up the mountains, car was an Auto CRDi & sat on 100KPH easy with that load.
well yesturday i saw another i30 towing a very large closed in work trailer, seems like they are now doing the job of a small truck.
amazing little car, good Torque low gearing & good size brakes.
cheers

Yeah, I had my 6' x 4' trailer hooked up the other day and I was impressed all over again at how well the i30 pulls it.

I still managed to pass a number of other cars going up a very long and steep part of the highway near where I live....I bet they were surprised.
