Ok, again something "new". I was watching some reviews of i30's and tumbled across a review of some Serbian magazine/site and they were testing (Dec. 2010!) the i30 after the facelift -> the current i30. Anyways, what I find interesting is the fact, that it has different speedometer than other i30's that are being sold.

In Slovenia we also have the facelift model, and it looks the same, the engines are also the same as theirs, the interior is also the same. But the speedometer is not. Over here, they are still the "old fashion ones". Anybody seen i30 with new "speedo"?

And when I say "facelift" i mean this i30 below. I think most countries (at least I think all in Europe) now sell models, that look like this:

I've seen that different speedo and gauge set up in the Korean pics section before accim.    but i didn't realise it was actually an i30 dash.

It sounded like I might be able to understand what they were saying if I played it backwards... but no luck  (did they like it?)

the gauge cluster in accims pics is also in the latest lot of Korean pics,about 3/4's of the way down. 

Many here have this already.
Its called Supervision light/dashboard.
Its sort of additional equipment and your order it when buying instead of traditional dashboard.

When I was in process of selecting my i30 in December 2010, I noticed this type of dashboard on Croatian Hyundai homepage and I asked our dealer whether I can get it... They replied that it is possible but that they can't select it when ordering and that MAYBE (yes, they said maybe), the one that I will order, will get this dashboard... of course it did not.

Yes, they liked the car, of course. What's not to like  Although I didn't check the entire test, but from what I've heard (few min) they sounded like they loved it.

So these are the supervision ones. I get it now.
