And it landed on the taxiway.... and the landing speed of a commercial jet is at least 140 kts, or about 258 km/h (which he got to very quickly)... and the jet doesn't have any markings of any airline...

Sorry, I can't watch any movie with aircraft in it as I call "bullshit" on anything that is, well, bullshit.
