The wife's 2012 Golf was sold recently as we wanted to change over to a drop top convertible.
In recent times VW, and especially the Golf, has come in for some bad press in Australia and overseas,
but the Golf was, and is, a brilliant car and we were sad to see it go. Now we are the proud owners of
another VW product, a 2010 VW Eos. It's a 2 door, 4 seat convertible, hard roof that folds into the boot
in three sections. Also has a panoramic sunroof included in one of the sections. Has a mere 28 000km on
the clock, and a few months factory warranty still applies. In "as new" condition. 2L diesel, 6 speed manual.

My Brother Richard and his Wife Fran (Dick and Fanny) who live at Kingscliff have a silver Petrol EOS which Fran mainly drives (she loves it) I believe it has been very reliable too...

Theirs is probably a 2008 or 2009 model (they have had it for a while).

Think it just has a normal sunroof but it does have the optional 18"? alloys.
