  Yes.
Nigel Vaganar. However he plays in Centre and some @ 5/8th rather than Hooker... "Vagana has represented the New Zealand national team on thirty-two separate occasions between 1998 and 2006, including playing in the 2000 World Cup" (from Wikipedia). This is Rugby League though. The "All Blacks" usually refers to the Rugby Union side.
