My sister had a dog that was so protective that it didn't like ANYBODY except her. That makes you (and me) a nasty piece of work. Errrm, no hang on ... I'm a dog - so it's just you my friend

Could be some truth in this.....my dog never bites or nips at anyone and loves everyone....till......my mother visited. My mother never in got in the door before the dog started barking at her and then when she got inside the dog decided to have a nip at her ankle. Never had seen her do that in 15yrs .And yes, I don't get on well with my mother......
