Seem's most of the team's except a few, have been racing with 10KG more weight & they felt to get the 10KG off to be same weight as top teams it would cost too much $, so next race they all run at same minium weight. i'm just wondering how they will allow the light cars to gain the extra weight, like they might add more fuel but this would give them another advantage. i think its a good thing. be interesting to see what happens next round.

A turbo, they're not very heavy,,,,,,, perhaps not. 

More oil and coolant, can never have too much of that stuff.

To be completely honest the crystal and magnet contraption (the Energy Polariser) wasn't Brockie's. It was Eric Dowker's. Dowker was Brock's "life guru".

But all that aside, the current V8 Supercar set up is all about the cars being equal in everything but the brand of engine (but with controlled output) and the ability of the team to "Tune" the whole package and the driver to make the most of it.
10kg doesn't dound like much butif there's a discrepancy I guess they have to address it or create an undesirable precedent.
