Well, I finally had to change the shoes on the Chubby Chariot.  I only got 77,500 km out of the original Hankooks!!  They tyres were just down to above the wear indicators.

I ended up getting kumho Zetum Sports (205/55 16 91W) for $110 each, plus $60 for the wheel alignment.  They were on special in the Bob Jane cattle dog for $129 each and the wheel alignment is normally $75.  I have the fuel truck driver at work to thank for getting me the deal through one of his contacts at Bob Jane in Hobart.

While I was waiting for the fitting, I had a lovely cup of coffee with RustyNutz.  It was made even lovelier, because it was his shout!!  And Dazz said that Rusty wouldn't shout if a shark bit him.   :D

No, Rusty paid for the coffee at the Elizabeth St Mall in Hobart.  Nice coffee too.  I had a Flat White and Rusty a large Latte (and you all thought he was masculine).

Gee, great value on the tyres.. Jamie  :goodjob:

Never said that about Rusty :disapp: Infact he is real pushy about paying his own way...

When they popped in at short notice the other night I grabbed a BBQ chicken and some salad and buns to feed them with and Rusty insisted he pay me back for them  :judges: ( he's a very naughty boy - but we all know that)  :snigger:

I have a simple plan for getting people to buy a coffee for me.  This seemed to work well with Rusty too.  The previous time we met, I bought the coffee, Rusty said he would get the next one (and he did, no surprise there).  I am sure that when we meet again, I will buy Rusty a coffee.

BTW, even though it was a "coolish" day in Hobart, the sun was out so we decided to sit outside.  Not so much for the sun, but to watch the world go by.     There were some quite pretty ones go by too!!

The young ladies in Surfers who wear them are gainfully employed and are usually seen at about 3am, when the mega strip finishes....
