There are no secrets to this apparently. Checking the manual it says, "Remove interior trim" :Dunno:

Haven't tried it on a Hyundai, but from other brands my experience is that it's just clipped on.

Check if there's any screws, if not, then just pull it off.

Well, from my experience whenever i thought that something is going to be easy, i got stuck with something. :-) Thats why i ask. There are 4 screws but i dont know if its also glued other than screwed becouse ti seems so maybe. Also, i dont know what i will find there if i take it off and is it easy to get it back on as well as will the locking mechanism be a pain for removing it. :-)

As I stated b4, there are no special instructions in the workshop manual, 1 sentence "Remove the interior trim." that's all , so it can't be that hard can it.

The wiper mechanism is attached by 2 bolts which are NOT part of the latch mechanism. You stated that  a bolt is loose, so removal is not required, just tightening, however, I would probably put a thread sealer on both bolts just to make sure that you don't have to go back there ever again.

Torque settings for the bolts

Tightening torque Nut :
10~14 Nm (1.0~1.4 kgf.m, 7~10 lbf.ft)
