This was the moment a driver swerved into the path of an articulated lorry, deliberately causing a crash in an attempt to win whiplash compensation for the four occupants.

In the clip, a Ford Galaxy swerves violently all the way across the carriageway in front of the lorry, clearly causing the crash.

However, the shocking manoeuvre was caught on a dashboard-mounted camera in the truck, which meant the whiplash claims were dismissed.

was on the news a lot of push bike riders have car drivers cut them off, now they have video on board the pushy, one caught a taxi cutting him off on video, now cabby in bother. hope they take this drivers licence off him too. suppose you get lots from other countries driving on your roads with there own cars?
