I have a 09 diesel wagon its done 95thou Ks although it doesn't mention anything about replacing the drive-belt in the owners hand book I thought I would have a look and see whats involved but I couldn't see where any of the units the belt drives (power steering.air-con,alternator idle pulley)has any adjustment to allow enough slack to enable a replacement belt to go on.Any one done one.Cheers mitchell

Doesn't look too hard

The tensioner is the small pulley in the centre, it should be spring loaded, so the hex wrench needs to work against the spring tension, NOT ACTUALLY UNDO THE NUT !

WATCH OUT FOR YOUR FINGERS, TOO.

It is recommend to do the serpentine belt at the 105 thou k service, along with all three pulley's can get a set off of Ebay for around $160,I have gotten an individual price for the belt alone and that was quoted at $77

Well, ypu have Alternator, Water Pump, Crankshaft, A/C and 1 little one in the middle not connected to anything specific.  :whistler:

That's all the help you get, from the manual.

Don't know why the link is patchy :Pout:

Does Repco sells the complete set of belts? Need to provide them the sizes or they have it in their database? Do I need to replace the idler and tension pulleys?
