Saw a similar incident recently on the M4.  Mid-day fine and dry, a 44 ton artic pulled out, rather sharply,  from lane 1 into lane 2 in front of a car.  The car  pulled out  into lane 3 behind me then back into lane 2  in front of the truck causing it to brake.  Watching in my mirror  the artic was sounding the air horn continuously and had all the lights on ( cab top and bumper).  As I pulled away the car had reduced speed and it seemed all three lanes were holding back to see what happened.  A couple of minutes later there was a huge empty gap behind me.  Don't know what the final outcome was but it could have ended very sadly.

Very Common occurrence over here,happens to me at least two or three times a week for absolutely no reason,some people think your following to closely,others think because they are a car they have right of way when merging,others just think it is funny to F#*k with Trucks,sadly their not thinking at all,just in my HGV with my permits,with a single trailer I can be up to 52 Tonnes,with dual trailers can be up to 120 Tonne.

Now I know who I'd back when something goes wrong between a 2 tonne car and a truck up to possibly 120 tonne,not sure about England but here if your over 17 you can walk in an get a license,there's a lot of people over here that can neither Read,Speak or talk English and their out there driving on our roads,so many idiots and not many decent drivers pout there anymore

17 you get provisional but need full licence holder to be in the car with you.

Only allowed on own once passed test.

Truck licence is age dependant.
