I can't determine if the person missed the purpose of you putting the link in; or was trying to deflect from it - oh I better make it seem like it is just another forum... not one specific to the model in question.

And I am assuming the Jag/Landrover driver mis-typed... going on about an i20 loan car... interesting the i20 is a different modal to i30.   Having said that I would have thought such a service center would use loan cars of the same brand - unless, of course, it wasn't a dealer service center.
