Electric car maker Tesla has opened a European factory to speed up delivery of its Model S to customers.

The new factory is located in Tilburg in the Netherlands and has its own indoor test track.

Production will run at up to 90 cars per day from the new plant to double the number of cars available to European customers.

It is also the first car factory with its own indoor test track. The 750 metre long track consists of 400m of asphalt and 6000 dots simulating bumps in the road.
