My 2017 i30 1.4 takes a very long time to heat up and won't maintain constant engine temp with the heater running.  The obvious explanation is a stuck open thermostat, right?  Well, I replaced it a few months ago and that made little to no difference.  Assuming it's not the thermostat, what else could it be?
