hi just got the wife a 1.6 edition and had a couple of questions. firstly does anyone know if the internal central lock button and the electric wing mirror controller  should light up blue at night ( when lights are on obviously  :) ) the same as the window buttons as she went to adjust the mirrors at night and had to turn the internal light on to do so because they were not illuminated. also shes already left the lights on and i thought a modern car like this would sound a buzzer when she went to get out

No lights in my button/controls but it's not hard to find them; they are just in front of the lit ones. The head/tail lights are switched via the ignition switch so not sure why the battery went flat. Mine's a 2008 Korean built.

The lights don't go off until you open the door though so some people don't realise and fear they will get a flat battery (is that what you are meaning caves?)

Like Pip says once you know where these other swiches are they are easy to use by feel...

thanks pip and dazzler, found out what she had done turned lights on so she could see the path to get shopping into the house at night apparently you can do this (she had read the manual  :-[ ) and then went inside shut the door and left it unlocked
