With my GPS displaying 100kph, the speedo is showing 102kph.  8)

This IS a good topic.
I don't have a satnav and have always worked on the 5% or so error on the side of safety. Hence I'm comfortable doing an indicated 110kph in a 100 zone. (5% for me + 5% for the radar).
The only points of comparison I have are

1/ Never been booked at said indicated speeds.

Expect a ticket if you try this in the Police State (Victoria).

I have also found that the speedo matchs the satnav on my i30.

Altough my last car was a C4, and found that the speedo on that was about 3-4mph faster than the satnav, but when I crossed the border to the south of Ireland and changed the speedo & satnav over to kph.  I found that then the speedo matched the satnav.
