Hi guys

I recently got a red used i30 MY09 after surveying around. Decided to go for a used one because i got a good price (I hope) for it, its a Red SX 2.0L Petrol, 20,000kms from a dealer for $16,000. It has a few minor sctraches here and there, but nothing too obvious.

I found this site and saw some of the mod pictures and wow are they great! I dont mind spending some extra $$ to make a better drive and eye candy. Mine is an SX basic model, nothing much extra. I've tinited the windows yesterday, and they look great!

Any other recommendations? Thinking of getting a set of alloys, or maybe a spoiler.  :P For Aussie members, any good place to recommend to get special mod parts for the i30 around Sydney or NSW?

I'll post some pics, once I make the car 'cooler'   :D

great to have you on board w00t77! good choice on the car  :goodjob:

if you want some basic dress up parts like window visors & door handles, ebay is a place to start.  but if you go to sharkracing or koreanimports websites you'll have a better range to choose from.

Welcome w00t77...

You nailed it in one ... Get a nice set of say 17" alloys in a wheel and tyre package from somewhere like Bob Janes (in my opinion 17" are a good compromise for the i30 taking into account ride quality and initial price + ongoing tyre replacement cost)

and the Hatch in particular benefits from the addition of a spoiler as far as the back styling is concerned (again only my opinion)

Shop around locally for the wheels and Tyres but may find a spoiler is cheaper online  :goodjob:
