This thread has made me even more aware of my giant blind spot (which can't be a bad thing) :goodjob:
  • 2021 MG PHEV ( had 4 x i30 plus a Getz an Elantra and a Tucson)

Yes, it is bad. I have had several near hits (misses?) in ours since purchase in '008. Most of the problem is that which pilots are warned about. I f your speed matches the angle and speed of the other then you are on acollision course. That piller hides a lot of vehicle.

 :welcome: I think the biggest thing is being aware of it. You also need to be aware of our very own blind spot (where the optical nerve meets the back of our retina)

Everyone needs to do a "pan and scan" when driving and crossing the road etc...
