It is hard to imagine your relatively small country having such a variance in conditions

Started raining here at 8:30 am and hasn't eased at all.

Garden looks like a paddy field but the birds are enjoying themselves washing in the bird bath

Odd weather... Its April, temp here this morning was 3deg (Central England) The South of England including the Midlands is officially designated as in Drought... No hosepipes etc etc.
However... it has done nothing but rain rain rain for days now!

Its official that more water will leak from our rubbish water delivery system than can be saved by water saving hosepipe bans... I know of 3 huge leaks within 2 miles of my house! Been that way since last year...

Well as sod law would have it it would normally be the Bank Holiday weekend this weekend but it was moved to next week for the Queen's jubilee.

Next weekend will be "normal" bank holiday weather --- Rain

Bit too warm for me - just cooling down a bit now but had the fan on all afternoon. It has gone from 10C to 26C over the last couple of days - why can't it be somewhere in the middle.
