Well after a few weeks wait I have had both the rear spoiler and audio system replaced under warranty. Audio system is now working like it should. No more turning the car on and having ABBA starting as the first song (alphabetical order I guess).

The iPod began to play up in the end, so it wasn't restricted to just the USB Stick.

Happy again.

Hello all,

Well I have just arrived back home from my first service(1000km). The problem with my loose rear spoiler will be repaired. Apparently they have to replace the spoiler due to a screw/nut failing and that part cannot be ordered

The problem I had when using my USB Stick, when you turned the car off then restarted the stick would always start from the beginning or would override the previous function you were using at start up Like the radio. This is being resolved by replacement of the audio system. Apparently the unit tested faulty

So my verdict is...everything including a couple of rattles and of course the above mentioned was or is to be rectified. They had the car for about 1.5 hours and checked everything. The only thing on the report that did not make sense was "check power steering PUMP and hoses" we have an electric motor not a pump with hoses

overall I'm happy with the outcome of my first service :) :)

I had my first service/inspection done on Tuesday of last week and have chalked-up another 1000km since.

I can only speak from the experience that I had with this dealership...but I had to book in for an "appointment". It was likened by the receptionist to a doctor's appointment. A technician would be there at the designated time to discuss all matters that I deemed to be relevant...and that is just what happened!

Can't fault their professionalism and thoroughness- unlike other reports of poor servicing in this forum they even adjusted the tyre pressures! (I had to adjust them back to my preferred inflation rates afterwards.)

Just had mine done last Thursday.
Nothing major.  THe left side speakers didn't work from the BT Handsfree install, but that was fixed no probs.
