There was a show on years ago with stories from relatives of some of the survivors. Apparently, when it was realised the ship was sinking, one bloke hopped into the most expensive scotch while everyone else was trying to escape. He figured he was dead meat and no one cared what he was doing. He got absolutely plastered in his last moments, jumped into the sea and apparently survived because of the alcohol.  :Shocked:

'Tis a myth, alcohol doesn't keep you warm....  :rofl:

Wrong, as it is a better idea to have a cold kvas on a hot day rather than just drinking beer or breathing  :P

I can't recall if I have watched "Titanic"  film from the beginning until the end.
